Adult Lounge $25 per hour
Junior Lounge $25 per hour
POOL RENTAL
1 - 30 Participants= $70 per hour
31 - 45 Participants= $80 per hour
46 - 60 Participants= $100 per hour
61 - 80 Participants= $125 per hour
TENNIS COURT RENTALS
$10 per hour per court, per court time (1.25 hours)
STSC Rental Information
- If having a pool party during normal open swim hours and there are 10 guests or less, a contract
does not need to be filled out. The standard guest fee applies ($5) per swimmer instead of the pool
rental fees.
- If having a pool party during normal open swim hours and there are more than 10 guests, you must
get approval from the General Manager and fill out a rental contract.
- Check with the front desk for available dates before turning in your contract and payment.
- A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.
- Payment in full is required two weeks prior to rental.
Conditions of Facility Use:
- At least one guardian/parent must be in attendance for every 10 minors (under 18 years).
- You may only use the areas checked above during your party.
- You are responsible for leaving the pool deck, lounge, tennis courts, grounds and changing rooms in
the
same condition as you found them.
- You are liable for any and all damages and cleaning fees incurred during your party.
- Music and noise must be kept to a LOW LEVEL to respect the neighbors.
- In compliance with the bylaws, no alcoholic beverages or smoking is permitted.
- Lifeguards on duty have final authority on rules and behavior during rental hours.
